HOURS OF OPERATION
Our regular days of operation are Mondays through Fridays PST. We process and ship all orders during this time, as well as respond to all messages. We are closed on Weekends and Holidays. Any messages received during that time will be typically responded to within 24 hours of the following business day.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
All Dana Decals orders are custom die-cut with care for you. Most of our decals ship out within 3 to 5 business days after being placed, excluding holidays. Larger orders, or orders with more complexity, may take a little longer.
If you need something for a specific date, and would like to inquire about rush processing, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

SHIPPING
Dana Decals ships the majority of Domestic packages USPS Priority Mail. International packages ship either First Class International or Priority Mail International.
Please note that if selecting First Class International for your International shipping option, USPS does not provide detailed tracking on this shipping method, and packages may take anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks to arrive depending on destination. Dana Decals is not responsible for carrier transit times, including carrier delays, including international shipping delays due to customs processing.
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We can not and will not falsify an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.
OUR VINYL
We us ORACAL 631 vinyl, a high quality decorative vinyl. It is a 3-year film that removes cleanly for up to 2 years after application.The surface has a matt appearance that suppresses unwanted reflection. It is an ideal choice for renters, business, and home decor!
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Since all of our decals are made-to-order for every customer, all requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If a refund is authorized, we may assess a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price.
We highly encourage ordering sample color swatches and/or sample application decals to test the colors and vinyl in the space you plan to use the decals.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We have a team of dedicated designers and production artists who can create almost any custom design you can dream up! The proces sstarts with a Custom Order Inquiry which is sent to our design team.
Once they review your inquiry you will be contacted with any questions the designer might have an image sample. You can then respond with edits to your design and your designer will send you an updated sample image. There can be up to 2 rounds of edits for a custom design. Once an order has gone through the editing process and is sent to production there cannot be any changes made to the order and the order cannot be canceled.
Production takes 3-10 days for a custom order (depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of colors), and then the order is shipped! Unfortunately we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on custom orders, due to the personalized nature of the design.
DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS & FREE SHIPPING
Current discount promotions--including free shipping promotions--cannot be combined with one another, and are not applicable to, but not limited to, previous purchases and gift cards. Discount promotions are only valid on danadecals.com.
